Fruit Recognition using BoF Method for Automatic Harvesting

In recent years, reduction of agricultural workers has become a problem in Japan, and the automation of agriculture by robots is paying attention. In this research, we shall consider recognition methods for automating the harvesting work of strawberries in which leaves, and stems are obstacles. Object recognition by BoF method using ORB feature quantity was performed and improved so that it can be used for images in which multiple objects exist. Also, we aim to speed up object recognition for processing in real time.
